This elegant leather and fabric chair acts as a stylistic bridge between the dining table finishes and the wider interior, ensuring chromatic consistency and visual continuity. For instance, the leather on the exterior of the shell can echo the table base, which is typically darker and more intense, while the fabric chosen for the padded interior can be matched to the table top, surrounding lacquered sideboards, or even the shades of the walls in a curated designer dining room.
For a more original and striking effect, one might select a contrasting mélange fabric for the interior, softened by a leather shell in a delicate shade that blends naturally with the rest of the furniture.
Several bold details make this original chair with armrests truly distinctive. The unique design of the base creates the illusion of a floating seat, suspended and separate from the frame. Meanwhile, the vertical fluted tailoring on the backrest infuses the entire design with rhythm and dynamism. Lastly, the inclusion of a double seat cushion further accentuates the mix of materials chosen to customise the Charlotte dining armchair.
