Two distinct, strongly expressive entities in vibrant dialogue with each other—these are the tables called Talking Heads. Their namesakes were there at the very birth of both punk rock and New Wave in the mid-1970s, and over the following years broke new ground as they embraced funk and electronica and advanced the art of the music video.
The tables are molded out of innovative, highly durable compounds: the high table in resin with powdered metal and the low table in resin with clay. The surface treatments of these cutting-edge, environmentally friendly materials are applied artisanally by hand, giving each table a one-of-a-kind texture.
