Even award-winning design can be enhanced with the latest technologies. On the outside the new Ponton is unchanged, but now offers more convenience. We’ve fitted the swivel points in the back with gas springs, so creating your own corner ensemble is easier than ever before. Simply press in, turn and click to lock. That is the power of progress.

Features
  • Available as 1.5-seat or 3-seat element, with a back that can be turned though 4 x 90 degrees. Also as footstool in two sizes. The arm cushions and the lumber cushion (large or small) offer more comfort.
  • The piping is finished in fabric (always the same as the seat covering) or optionally in leather.
  • Comfort option: seat height +1.5 or +3 cm
  • Crowned with a Reddot Award 2009.

Seat body:  Solid beech and plywood.

Back body:  Solid beech.

Seat/back springing:  Hard steel springs.

Construction / mechanics:  pivot mechanism adjustable by 4x 90° (thus total 360°)

Leg:  Polished aluminium.

Feet:  Plastic, colour black.

Upholstery:  Combination of HR foam and visco-elastic foam.

Filling: 
Upper side seat 11 cm HR foam 50 kg/m3 and polyether 43 kg/m3.
Front side back 31 cm HR foam 25 kg/m3 and polyether 75 kg/m3.
Arm cushions 13 cm Leofill.
Slumber cushions 9 cm Leofill.
Lumbar cushions 9 cm Leofill

Seams / finish:  Available only in crosswise fabrics and Alcantara. Width min. 136 cm. 

Size options:  + 1,5 cm and + 3 cm.

Special features
The backs can be turned into four positions (90 degrees each). This offers many possible combinations with a limited number of elements. The 3-seater elements have two backs with pivot points at the outer sides, 2x left or 2x right.

Please pay attention to the direction of upholstering. For certain fabrics the direction of upholstering on the various elements of this program can have consequences for the overall picture of your piece of furniture. Please check with your Leolux retailer.
